We're wondering a few things about collecting clocks: Is it a chore keeping them all set to the same time? Are they all battery operated when displayed on a wall with no cords? And are any chimes turned off to avoid a frenzy at every hour, on the hour?

I might have more clocks if I thought the tick-tock chorus wouldn't keep me awake at night. It would.

but what TIME is it? none of the clocks have the same time in that top photo. it's about the time, not the clock.
I do think it looks beautiful! But the ticking would drive me crazy. For me it would have to be all disabled clocks.

I have a few old clocks. Most don't work, but I love the way they look and are interesting. I do have my essential alarm and wall clocks that do work!
