One of the biggest problems with home theater setups today is the fact that there's just not enough room to fit a huge projection screen without making the space feel tight and cluttered. The easiest solution by far, as demonstrated by our Swedish comrade SupraEnd, is to simply upgrade your space to a larger one. By increasing his space, he's made sure that having a humongous drop-down projection screen installed only complemented to his design, not distract from it. Did it work? I think we'll let the images speak for themselves...

TV bench is purchased at ASKO Furniture in Stockholm and the series called Azzaro. He uses the Epson EMP-TW700 HD projector to fire up movies during movie nights, but does the majority of his TV watching on his Panasonic Viera TH-42PV60 HDTV. He has his Epson projector mounted on the opposite wall on a shelf from HIFI-Klubben.

We also noticed he used similar wire molding to keep those unsightly wires out of sight (such as we've done with our own TV setup in a recent product review of Wiremold Surface Raceways). It's a much better alternative than to punching holes in your walls and then having to re-patch them up again when you move. Wire molding keeps it simple and the best part is that you can paint over it to camouflage in your overall design.
