Piero Foranasetti created these Adam and Eve images in 1954. They have been translated by Cole and Son into super large scale patterned wallpaper. The hand printed papers depict the images as a trompe l'oeil rendition of Fornasetti's plates hanging on the wall and bear his signature.
The figures are 1.5 meters tall and there is 3 meters of plain background between them to allow for custom placement/pattern repeat.
From Cole and Son. Available in Chicago through Lee Jofa and these other resources.
