We've been traveling around France for the last week and have finally made it to Paris where we stopped in at one of our favorite big home stores, Habitat. We got inspired by the color palettes that they're favoring, big time:
which gives places like Ikea a run for their money and is probably closest to being a European West Elm, was heavy on the purples, pinks blues and fuchsia's
but all tempered with white, glass, chrome and bits of raw wood. Our very favorite is the pink kitchen (remember when we found this pink kitchen
?) tempered with a white table and touches of wood and chrome and, of course, red. The deep blue bedroom is cozy without being heavy or dark and the magenta and purple bedroom looks modern and fun (love that wallpaper!). What do you think of their color palettes?
