Growing up, our front door was bright purple! I think that's why I've always loved other bright front doors, and your posts about them!

My front door is bright red, which would look way nicer without a screen door, but there's really no way to get around that. Who doesn't have a screen door? I'd find it too impractical not to be able to keep the doors open in fall and spring
I've thought about doing my front door in eggplant. It'd definitely stand out against the beige-y brownness of my house.

I've been thinking of changing our outside doors from chartreuse to something else for about a year but I haven't been able to decide on a color. This post really didn't help :)

I was thinking halfway between burnt and bright orange but I feel like orange's moment is about 3/4 over and I don't want to have to revisit this for at least a few years...
