Color Star: Colorful Rugs That Make a Big Impact

Even with white or neutral walls, a room can still feel colorful with a few well-placed accessories. One that can make a big impact on the room is an area rug. Area rugs generally cover a large amount of square footage, and as a result can really make quite a color statement.
