Ultra-luxe, classic, sophisticated and and topped off with color. It's a good lesson to remember - just because a place isn't filled with modern or contemporary pieces doesn't mean that the colors need to be conservative or safe. This highrise condo has hefty doses of strong color - pinks, reds, and both bright and dark blues...
...which add so much to the drama of the home. Dark rosy pink chairs across a navy blue velvet sofa, the gold and turquoise draped bedroom and a red walled library are just a few highlights.

I do like the choice of color, but the furniture and drapery selections remind me of a hotel... too matchy-matchy.
The roof deck is amazing. I would camp in a tent there while I redecorated the rest.

There are some great elements throughout - a sconce here, a chair there, and a beautiful wall color in the bedroom - but as a whole it just doesn't work. Too bad.
If I wanted to look at over the top designs with furniture I can't afford I'll read Elle Decor.
I could have stood this if it didn't have have to have to pair such a pretty shade of blue with that ugly mustard yellow color. If they wanted to do yellow, there were much better shades to choose from. More importantly, the drapes separating the two rooms would have looked much better in lighter fabrics.
Ugly! The colors are just awful and it's too matchy.
