Tomorrow marks the beginning of Color Month on Apartment Therapy and we'll begin to post the first entries from our Room for Color contest. In anticipation, here are some amazingly colorful rugs from Canadian designer Liz Eeuwes.
Each of the three designs is inspired by unique aerial views — the Scottish countryside, Dutch tulip fields and Rice Paddies. They're hand knotted and hand carved from 100% New Zealand wool.
• It's hard to determine which of the 3 designs we like best!
• Strathmore, inspired by the Scottish countryside.
• Bali, inspired by rice paddy terraces.
• Lisse, inspired by tulip fields, like the ones pictured in this post: Spring Color Inspiration from Tulip Fields!
