Since it's starting to get chilly, we were on Phil & Teds website looking at the Snuggle & Snooze winter stroller sack when we happened to notice that they have a slew of new products coming out soon. Being New Zealand-based, there's no guarantee that all of these new offerings will reach our shores, but we're intrigued nonetheless by this huge product expansion.
Three new products join the MeToo chair (which just arrived in our home) in their Feed line. The Lobster looks like a cushier upgrade to the MeToo, folds flat and comes with a carry bag. The High Pod high chair adjusts to three positions ("for food fiesta and subsequent siesta"). The Wriggle Wrapper keeps toddler safely in their seats and, they suggest, can be used to keep infants in place on a bed or crib.
For hikers and campers comes the Escape carrier (with a similar but pared down Metro version). The simpler, everyday Pepe carrier comes in five color combos and boasts a New Zealand merino lining "for silky softness against young skin."
Maybe most exciting to us is their entry in the lighter-weight umbrella stroller category, Smart (different than their former Smart Buggy) which at around 12 lbs. might still be on the heavy side. Finally, they're giving the Bugaboo bassinet a run for its money with their Peanut bassinet designed to click into the Vibe frame.
What do you think? We like a lot of the design elements, but wonder if customers will bore of the mostly red and black.
