Come to da Bahamas! This edition of Complex Love brings us to The Bahamas Apartments, in exotic Santa Ana, Ca. Another prime example of the popular polynesian inspired architecture that spread through the southland, we're loving the angled roofline and "hand crafted" signage.
Complex Love is a photographic celebration and documentation of Southern California's unique apartment architecture history. Live in or nearby an apartment complex of notable or unusual design? Please submit photos and information to la (at) apartmenttherapy (dot) com.

The complex itself has been pretty well maintained, and the gardens are lush and full. There are winding paths and little community patio areas. There was a pool, (but it was crowded that day) and even a shuffle board area! All the ammenities fit for a tropical oasis in an urban jungle.

It's quite cute, but, my God, I do not think I could come home every day to a misplaced apostrophe - it would drive me mad!
Yes, which apartment do the Bahama's live in?
(Then again, you could always sneak out there after midnight and either remove the apostrophe or paint over it. )
Oh, dear....I misplaced the apostophe myself!
"Which is the Bahamas' apartment,"
or "Which is Mister Bahama's apartme....
skip it.
LOL This is a joke, right? I live in OC and 95% of Santa Ana is a pit, btw.
mmargie--this HAS to be a joke. There is absolutely nothing desirable about this complex.
