Since putting together our post about the Color Forecast for 2009, we seem to be running into brights everywhere. Case in point: these 4 vintage pieces from classic design heavy hitters upholstered in technicolor - from Chicago's own Converso.

Above the Jump: Florence Knoll Settee: by Knoll, 1960. Reupholstered to exact specs in Spinneybeck leather. $8500.

Pair of Verner Panton Nova 113T Chairs: by Fritz Hansen, 1971. Original upholstery. $3,500.

Hugh Acton Sofa: 1960. Restoration guided by original creator in Knoll wool fabric and vinyl. $9500.
