As Urban Turf explains, over the years the building has served a variety of purposes from glass factory to auto shop, but when it was revamped about five years ago by Arcadia Design — the building's second residential transformation — the unit was converted into a finished living space complete with three living floors and two decks. Despite the major conversion, the unit didn't have to sacrifice much of its lofty appeal. Today it boasts 28 foot ceilings on the main floor and some of the original industrial features such as the massive pulley system.
