This simple variation makes concrete appropriate in multiple styles of homes — not just the modern ones.

If you already have a concrete floor, it can be painted, dyed, or stained after installation. Or, in the case of a new floor, you have the option to pigment the concrete before it's poured. There are tons of options and applications out there these days, so check with your contractor or cement manufacturer for more details.
