A Victorian tub chair in luscious pink and chocolate brown with a fully-boned Victorian-style corset back by British Designer Sarah Louise Dix.
All of Sarah's pieces are inspired by fashion and are quite fun! Based in South East London, Sarah is showing two of her new pieces at the bespoke menswear shop Blaqua of Newburg Street, London.
The corset chair has been newly reupholstered in a traditional way with new springs. It is available for £2,000. More of her own garment-inspired upholstery can be found at Sarah Louise Dix Couture Upholstery.

I'll take one please, in my boudoir :)
that's hot! i'd love to see one that looks a little naughtier, like in leather or rubber!? very very cute.
Very British. This would be pretty fab in a lingerie store.
I love it, but my kitties would have a field day with that ribbon!
This is a very sexy chair.
I love this Victorian tub chair. The style, fabric pattern and colors are so feminine. If I had a boudoir, it would make a perfect accent piece.
Unpopular as my opinion might be, this is just funny to me! I'm picturing all kinds of clothing themed furniture like bell bottom legged tables and vested ottomans, etc. Perhaps my taste level is just not high enough.
I used to have an orange club chair with a white tulip print and a belt buckle around the pillow. It was very adorable, and I still miss it.
This is ridiculous! Sorry but that's my gut!
since the laces are at the back, it serves as a subtle, inconspicuous detail as well as a beautiful surprise (unless the back is immediately sen upon entering the room).
wonderful accent piece!
let's see something inspired by chaps.
Tackorama.
tacky!
Too frilly feminine for me. I can see this in a woman's boudoir whose decor is very feminine, or in a lingerie shop.
This is hideous!!
