Last September, a new earthquake-safe project was opened to traffic next to the Old Bay Bridge. Area resident David Grieshaber was sad to hear the historic portion was going to be sold for scrap. So he came up with the Bay Bridge House, a multi-use space created from a piece of the bridge scrap.
