Having lived in South Pasadena a few years back, we grew to love and really appreciate the 1920s style bungalow. Charming and identifiable at a glance, these homes are chock-full of design characteristics so you don't have to start at square one. Courtney's bungalow is no different, with beautiful windows and doors as decorating inspiration.
Courtney's home has been updated to represent a more modern approach to the bungalow. There's an emphasis on a lighter color palette like soft grays and an all white master bedroom. Hints of turquoise find their way into the interiors landscape with beautiful posters and a playful shower curtain. Exposed brick in the open kitchen is refreshing and airy. The spacious feeling is continued upstairs with floral patterned window film instead of curtains.
