It's impossible not to think about amping up our blanket supplies this time of year when a serious chill hits the air. Icelandic design collective Vík Prjónsdóttir creates totally unique colorful knitted cover-ups based on Iceland's history, mythology and culture.
Vík Prjónsdóttir was started in 2005, a collaboration between a group of designers and a 30-year-old knitting factory in southern Iceland. Visit vikprjonsdottir.com to see their full product line.
