Many of us are living in smaller spaces now, but the smallness of the space is more pronounced for those with children. Just because you don't have a dedicated library or art studio at home, doesn't mean a little corner or nook tucked away somewhere in your house can't serve the same function. Soulemama created this cozy and inviting reading nook for her family in the landing.

It's not a room but it's a nice space with natural light. She warmed it up with a nice quilt over the banister, a large pillow, a warm blanket, a small sheepskin, an ottoman, and of course, a bin of books. You can read more about it at Soulemama's blog here.
