In the past we've suggested skipping a dessert table in lieu of something more healthy like fruit options, but what if you did away with food and snacks all together? What? No snacks? Here's the cake, want to see the full buffet?
This table was created by the fine folks over at One Charming Party and was displayed over at Amy Atlas. This table is full of all sorts of fun and even those looking to cure a sweet tooth might change their mind about it.
A great presentation is everything and with kids excited to head back to school this would work well for a birthday party around this time, or even just a pre-school bash with friends who have missed each other. Make sure you check out all the great photos from this display over at Amy Atlas.

What an awesome idea for a party!
My sons not in school yet. My niece's birthday is the first day of school. She'd kill us if we threw her this kind of party! LOL
As I child, I would have LOVED attending a party like this! I have always loved school supplies.
Then again, I was the nerd who loved people who gave me a Halloween pencil or sticker instead of a piece of candy when trick-or-treating...
I asked my teacher friend what supplies she needs the most and she said pencils. I thought it was because she was an art teacher and she said no they mostly work with paints and other mediums. Its so they can write there name on other home work or things! She handed out over 700 pencils last year! I could see making that pencil cake out of all pencils and giving it to a teacher.
