love the colors in the first picture.
I don't like the one where the books are up to the ceiling so that most of them are out of a child's reach, and are organized by COLOR. Clearly someone put an adult's aesthetic idea ahead of, say, putting the kid's favorite books within reach. (Unless of course this kid prefers blue/purple books and hates red/orange ones.)
