Do you know how to crochet? If you don't, here's a project that just might lure you into learning a new craft. And if you already know how, will you please make me one of these?
Sara, aka Creative Jewish Mom, knocked out this adorable rug in a couple of afternoons while her kids were playing on the living room floor. She used a yarn made of recycled fabric remnants, so it's as green as it is cute. It would be so perfect in a little one's room or even in a bathroom! Head on over to her blog where she shares some tips on what size needles to use and how to create your own yarn from sheets and even from t-shirts! She says she's posting a pattern as soon as she can, so you even have time to practice your stitches before diving into this project.
