Further proof that vinyl wall decals aren't just for kids anymore: Bodega unveils a "curated collection of large scale, eco-friendly, temporary indoor art" by Barry McGee, Cody Hudson and other artists available online at Arkitip.com.
The "temporary" part makes us a little sad since we like to buy art that we know we'll keep forever — the description claims that the vinyl has a life expectancy of at least five years and cannot be reapplied after removal from the wall. But we do love that the inks are eco-friendly, the packaging is recycled, and that the prices range from $86 to $224 for the largest scale piece. If we think of it as high art wallpaper then we're on board all the way. Check out Arkitp.com to buy online and itsbodega.com to see all of their wall decal offerings.

Yay, vinyl wall art! I'm using cool vinyl frames to decorate the walls at my wedding reception, a great alternative to tape.
Still doing wall decals? We're not over this bad idea yet?
I think it's the e15 furniture that makes those wall decals look "cool".
That's were my eyes wonder.
Is "curated" a new "quality" buzzword like "artisan" or "benchmade" or "hand-tossed"?
I don't care if the curator of the Louvre selected these decals...they are still VINYL stickers slapped on a wall.

Wall Decals are cool for kids rooms though!
