Your Home Office Organization or Tech Tip:
Fun meets function in my studio. Supplies and equipment storage doesn’t need to be standard run of the mill. Personalize your space with creative and whimsical solutions. Also, when a small space serves multiple functions, mobility is key. I put colorful casters on the furniture and equipment so that everything can be moved around as I need it.
Metrowire shelving is used as a media tower with the lower shelves dedicated to peripheral computer devices as well as a printer shelf above. The media tower can be wheeled out to re-cable or add new equipment and keeps the cords organized. I built a similar Metrowire base for my printing press, which wheels out to the center of the studio when needed.
