Nina Freudenberger of Haus Interior recently cleared her store shelves to make room for a collaboration with David Stark called Wood Shop. Described as a "one month, surprise ambush", the concept store created by David Strak is comprised of gift and decor items inspired by the iconic woodworker's atelier.
There are many fun pieces to choose from including: vases fitted with test tubes so they can hold water, crotched pillows in the shape of tools, paint brushes and paint cans, and tabletop pieces like runners, placemats and napkins. Many of items are handmade locally in NYC. The pop-up is opened for the month of February, so stop by if you are in town, or visit it online.
