As the weather turns cooler, the hammocks come down and we turn to the indoors. But one still needs a comfy place to bask in the sun even if it isn't hanging between two trees, right?
I have a small sunroom on the back of my house that's the perfect place for such an indulgence. It's empty right now (even though I've lived here for just over a year), but I dream of furnishing it with — among other things — a daybed. This post shows some inspiration for sunroom daybeds. Perfect for reading during the winter. And when the weather heats up again, sleep downstairs instead of in stuffy upstairs bedrooms!

I have a sunroom that I am trying to re-work. Any sources for awesome and affordable day beds?
We have a small (7X10) sunroom that also serves as the front entry, so it has three doorways (front door, closet door, double wide entry way into the rest of the house) in addition to all the windows so there is no room for a daybed. Instead, we have a super comfy easy chair and footstool, as well as a bookcase that doubles as a bench, with a cushion on top. Very nice place to curl up with a book on sunny winter days, or any time really.
I have a daybed on my enclosed porch, in addition to two vintage love seats and a chair. It is absolute heaven to sit out there and read, talk, play games, sleep, draw, watch people going by, listen to the rain, etc. It's a very cozy and happy place.
I love daybeds. I have one in place of a couch in my tiny apartment. I can't wait till I can afford a better quality one! (and a bigger apartment)
To all, I'll go with picture #1 I love the light & airy feel of that room!
@ jaimemariel,
I try to avoid mention of my companies website, but in this case it is to answer a direct question. Below are links to four of our collections that contain daybeds. They are built to order and can be customized in color and in some cases dimension. At the top of every page you will find our toll free number.
Thanks, Cottage David

just installed a shortie hammock in my art studio for lounging, sketching, and napping with my studio cat this winter...
Man. One day, I really want a sunroom. My grandmother had an amazing one when I was little, lots of books and models that my grandfather had made, including some awesome pieces like sundials... and, yes, a daybed!
Ah, I love our sunroom. Unfortunately, it's only a three-season. Before too long, I'll have to pack everything up and bring it inside...
