Artwork in a home often has an incredibly interesting story. When Amy purchased her Mount Pleasant house, she found 28 paintings buried in dirt in the basement. About 5 or 6 were damaged beyond repair but she had the rest professionally cleaned and framed before hanging them in the house. She later found out that they were made by a famous local DC artist.
