Unexpected Bathroom Colors and Details

This bathroom is relaxing just to look at. We love the bay window, and the brown floor tiles and mosaic make the room warm. The turquoise wall tiles are a surprising but pleasing bright accent. We really want to take a bubble bath in that stand-alone tub...

And we love sunflowers in unexpected places, like the in the bathroom shown above and in boot vases. The bathroom above the jump and the porch shown here are from a Severna Park, Maryland home that was built from scratch by furniture designer Dan Hale. Chesapeake Life magazine features the home in its current issue.
