11-11-grill-3.jpgRichard and Robert introduced us to local company Grillworks Inc. during the house tour of their Orange, Purple and Green Oasis. In DC, we can luckily grill most days of the year, so even with the cooling weather, you can still use an outdoor grill...

Grillworks Inc. also sells various grills, grill accessories, wood, and parts. Richard and Robert have the the Grillery, a grill with optional manual rotisseries that can be stored in twin holes at the back of the grill when not in use. The grilling surface is slanted at 4 degrees to carry juice into the basting pan and away from the fire, eliminating flare-ups. The grilling surface is also sized to fit in most dishwashers. Looks nice, but $2,475 for the smallest one? Tack on an additional $275 for the cover.

My weber grill makes tasty burgers at a cost below their grill cover.

I've been to a BBQ where a friend of mine was using one of these. It's amazing!! Obviously not the right price for home use, but if you entertain a crowd frequently this thing rocks!!

Hand built in 200 lbs of stainless steel and James Beard thought it was the best grill since sliced bread? I'll take this over that giant "5"...;)

It pains me that the owner does not bother to clean that very expensive grill.
