Good Questions: Similar Version of the Christoph Boninger Zelos Desk?

Hi AT DC,

I found this amazing Zelos desk by Christopher Boninger. I love that it's a modern secretary desk that folds up to take very little space. The black leather option has a red leather interior. It's gorgeous! I love everything about it, except its high price and that it's not available in the U.S. Do you know of anything similar in DC or that I can get shipped to me in DC?
Please help me satisfy my obsession!

I like this design. But unfortunately, I've seen nothing like it. However, sizewise there are a number of vintage options you can buy. Vanity/Desks are about the same size and work great as laptop and small writing stations.

Paul Mccobb's Directional Vanity comes to mind.

You might be able to create something like that with hair pin legs (online) or something similar and attach it to a writing desk...
