I think it's really cool, however, the inability to take a bubble bath after an exceedingly exhausting day makes it a no for me.

I would do this in a guest bath, or have an old claw-foot also in the bathroom. This would also work in a pool-house/beach cabana scenario, where you just need a quick rinse. I like the built in grey-water system.
I also assume that the handle on the right is for a sliding pocket door. I refuse to poop on a toilet with no door. Even when I'm the only one home. It's one of my neurosis.

I think this is going a little too far - and honestly it winds up taking up more space that most bathroom set ups.
