As our month-long focus on kitchens and bathrooms comes to an end, I wanted to share pictures of the beautiful bathroom Mom and I encountered on a recent trip to Vermont. From the slate floors to the warm wood vanity, this bathroom had everything we love about modern bathrooms...
The multi-level lighting was flattering (and dimmable), and we loved the deep soaking tub, the massaging shower, and the separate closet for the toilet. Though we doubt we'll ever live in a home with such a large and well-appointed bathroom, it was a nice break from reality, and gave us some ideas (like the dimmable lights) that we hope to incorporate into future bathrooms...

We loving having dimmers in our bathrooms, much easier on the eyes first thing in the morning (or whenever you stagger home).

Very nice - now I want it - LOL. I'd only prefer two vanities because we're stuck with one and it's overcrowded at times.
