
The Kalorama House and Embassy Tour offers a unique opportunity to tour some embassies and diplomatic residences not normally open to the public. This year the tour will be held on Sunday September 21st; advance tickets are on sale now. Sponsored by the Friends of Wilson House, the tour benefits the Woodrow Wilson House (a National Trust Historic Site)...
Some of the stops on tour this year include:
- Residence of the Ambassdor of Monaco
- Embassy of the Philippines
- Embassy of Latvia
- Embassy of Zambia
Attendees will receive a tour program with a self-guided map detailing the architecture and history of each stop, and the tour is held rain or shine. Advance tickets are $25/person ($20/person for groups of ten or more)and can be ordered online; tickets purchased the day of the tour will be $30/person with no discount for groups.
