Rope Folding Chair - $525
Washington DC Scavenger

This Yugoslavian manufactured, Ebert Wels designed folding chair has never been refinished, it still has its original rope and cherry finish. According to the owner of the piece it is meant to be hung on the wall when not in use, so it could work well for someone with a very small space.

For any apartmenttherapy buyers, I'll take an extra $20 off if you pick up either the s chairs or mid-century side tables this weekend.

I have one of those folding chairs in my apartment that I took from my childhood summer shack....We had two, now I am wondering what happened to the other. It is one of my favorite things, though it was folded in a corner of my bedroom for years. It was a deathtrap for toddlers.

Mine is quite a bit darker, though.
