This stainless steel rocker is available from the carpenters workshop gallery in London, though only in a limited edition of eight. We couldn't find any price information on this piece which is rarely a good sign, but find the piece inspirational regardless...
Eye candy.

Gorgeous. I love well-designed steel 'art-chairs' with organic forms, but almost without exception they're stratospherically priced. Like Newson's Lockheed Lounge or my current fave, Johnny Swing's Coin Chair.

that is gorgeous- needs a soft cushion, though. kind of has a 'spermy' look to it.

This is one of the most beautiful chairs I've ever seen in my life. I love how comfortable it looks despite how metal it is. That curve makes it look like it might even work in a very traditional setting -- that is, sort of a baroque kind of setting, as well as a very new, modern setting. I think that it might not quite work as well in an in-between kind of transitional space, though.
I'm not even a rocking chair person, but I'm a THIS CHAIR person.
