Every month Urban Essentials has a different sales special. Ongoing sale items are mostly in the lower level of the store. The store often changes out its display furniture so it's worth stopping by to see what is on view. We love the selection of glass chandeliers and modern lighting. I bought the Grace Condo sofa (from G.Romano) from Urban Essentials and the quality is fantastic. During weekends it can be difficult to get service (especially spring and summer), so I would suggest going on an off-hour. I had a slight hiccup during delivery when the delivery company would not bring my sofa up to my main level without charging me an extra $60 for coming up the steps. Considering I already paid $150 for delivery, I was not happy about the demand and holdup. A call to the store quickly resolved the problem between the delivery staff and UE, and I did not have to pay. All in all very courteous and easy to deal with.
