V&M, a US-based online marketplace for vintage décor, has merged with their European counterpart, Deconet, to form one of the largest online destinations for the home. Over the coming weeks, the sites will incorporate both inventories and some branding tweaks. "The companies perfectly complement each other adding more value than the sum of its parts," says Tobias Seo, CEO of Deconet. "Our capabilities will offer the global antiques, vintage, fine art, and design market unmatched resources, together with great style."
