On this unluckiest of days, Friday the 13th, we're wondering if you've ever decorated your home for luck. The first thing that comes to mind, of course, is a horseshoe at the door. But there are other objects that are thought to bring luck, as wall as particular choices of color or ways of arranging rooms...
I remember when I went away to college, my sister gave me this fabric doll. She said to hang it over the door of my new home for luck, which I did for a while. It certainly didn't bring bad
luck, and I suppose it was a bit
lucky since I still made friends despite that ominous-looking ragdoll hanging at the door!
What about you? Is there anything you practice at home for "luck"?
