Dee's Dual Craft & Playroom

My Playroom

Name: Dee and children (7 & 5)
Location: Tulsa, OK

I needed to create a space in which a playroom for the kiddies and a craft room for me could co-exist! This meant an overhaul of the color to a light airy shade and selling all of the mismatched furniture, to be replaced by solid storage areas for both toys and fabric.

I wanted a few British touches (we moved to Oklahoma from England!) to remind the kiddies of our homestead! The only new items in this room are the shelves and storage - everything else is thrifted or a garage sale score! The skirt of my sewing table and faux roman shades are re-purposed from curtains I made for our old house.

All in all I am happy to have this project at this stage of completion. I have some more finishing touches I would like to add down the line.

Thanks Dee! Readers, visit Dee at Bubba Chic.
