- I love my 'bedroom' because it feels like a separate room, even though I live in a studio. Plus, I have great views of beautiful sunrises and full moons.

- I don't have much space, so to make it feel bigger (or less cluttered), I use only white sheets/bedding.

- I'm a student, so I do a lot of reading and writing in bed.

I recognize this bedroom. The apartment was part of the Small Cool contest: http://www.apartmenttherapy.com/deraismes-vintage-finds-168463. I remembered it because really wanted to find an apartment with this layout in DC, but didn't succeed. It is really hard to find a studio that allows you to completely separate your bedroom like this!

deRaismes you have my vote again, I love it. I particularly love how it looks so airy, even with the dark coloured walls, but then I realised it is probably too small to be able to get dressed in (well, without risking knocking over the dividing shelf). Really beautiful, if I could vote for you twice I would!

My bed is straight-up Ikea. I needed something fast and easy when I moved in, since, let's be honest, air beds are just not comfortable!
This is gorgeous. Love the deep blue and vibrant oranges and reds in combination with the white bed. Normally I don't like bookshelves in bedrooms--too busy, and as writers and editors our whole house is overflowing with books--but here it seems to serve to make the room cozier.
