Designer Spotlight

A designer by trait, Natalie Davis also known as "Miss Natalie" creates unique handmade goodies on Etsy that call back to a simpler time. She works in graphic design, textiles, print, interior design and more leading to a well-crafted vision for her work. Her Etsy shop hosts a variety of her unique goods including heirloom growth charts, hand-painted wooden apple boxes, and the "don't forget!" lunch bag.

Don't Forget Me Lunch Bag $17: This sweet 100% canvas lunch bag has a velcro top to keep things nice and sealed and a canvas handle so you can swing it all the way to work. It is machine-washable and reminds you not to forget that homemade lunch.

Teacher's Pet Wooden Apple Box $30: Each of these fun apple boxes is unique. They are hand painted in the shape of a Delicious apple and come with a hardwood leather stem. Perfect as a teacher's gift or to hold little special trinkets.

Heirloom Growth Chart $56: This is perhaps my favorite. This growth chart has a 4 foot long jute ribbon with wooden dowels and a red ribbon to mount it on the wall. It comes with twenty tags, 10 red and 10 manilla with markers for each child's name, age, and the date they were measured. This is a fun and removable growth chart that can stay in the family for years to come. Best of all, she is happy to send you additional tags and pins if you run out.

Wooden Hen Egg Set $38: This adorable box of three hen eggs makes the perfect gift. Each egg is hand painted with a different pattern and comes with a ribbon and label. A perfect jumpstart on holiday gift shopping!

White Fizzy Pop Handkerchief $10: Who doesn't love a good hankie? These reusable cloths are perfect just as cold season sets in. Miss Natalie's hankies are 100% white cotton with a fun pattern designed by Miss Natalie herself.

Now we aren't the only ones oogling over Miss Natalie's fun and heirloom gifts, you can find them on her Etsy Shop or around town at Rare Device, The Curiousity Shoppe, Reform School, Spartan, August, Fawn & Forest, Wee, and LOLA Home.
