So this year, I'm sending cards to all of my single girl friends. It turns out finding fun, non-romantic V-day cards is a bit of a challenge, but I found a few worthy candidates (with a little help from Etsy). Check out what I found.
TOP ROW:
1. Classic and pretty. Sold as a single card ($4.50) or a box of 8 ($18.00) from Rifle Paper Company.
2. Letterpress has a nice heftiness to it. Letterpress card, $5.00 from Parrott Design Studio.
3. Inspired by a vintage playing card. Sold as a single card ($4.50) or a box of 8 ($18.00) from Rifle Paper Company.
4. A sweet reminder for Valentine's day or any day. Approximately $3.50 from Tea and Ceremony.
5. Simple and sweet. Letterpress cards, set of six, $16.00 from Ink Meets Paper.
BOTTOM ROW:
6. I really heart you. $5.00 from Crystal Vaughan.
7. Troof. $4.00 from Sweet Perversion.
8. Sassy. $4.00 from Julie Ann Art.
9. Are you ever too old for dinosaur Valentines? Sold in a pack of 24, so you'll have plenty for everyone in the class. $12.00 from We and the Bean.
10. Always a good thing to be reminded of. Valentine from Fun Girls Cards, $3.50.

I use to really enjoy the Woot! print-your-own Valentine's cards... Evidently they sold them at some point, although if you search their blog archives, they have printable versions of them in pdf. http://shirt.woot.com/offers/woot-valentine-cards-16-pack
Unfortunately, the best one's are the "bitter" ones. I like the chupacabre, the pleisiosaur, the ocelot (which is a sweet one), ... well pretty much all of them.
I'm not a fan of anything that say's 'bitch' as a joke. That's just me. But I do like all the others. That last one is terrific.
I'm making my own Valentine Day Cards to my lady friends and including a small list of foods that are good for the heart. I'm also sending them personal tea towels for their kitchen that have Valentine themes to them.
I'm trying to send fun yet practical gifts for the last couple of years and it get's harder and harder each year. ETSY is my new best friend...
I love giving Valentines to friends and coworkers. It seems to brighten their day. I find that people really enjoy the valentine's that come in a box from the grocery store. They are nothing fancy, but I think they remind people of being a kid and exchanging Valentine's at school. I like to go classic with the candy too- conversation hearts!
I prefer cards that express friendship and love rather than highlight an obvious Valentine's Day connection. Those don't go out of style, whereas I haven't really celebrated Valentine's Day in many years.
Seeing as Corey Haim had a pretty tragic life and is now dead, I'd argue that one's not very fun :( And I'd give some serious side eye to any "friend" telling me I was the Haim to their Feldman.
I hope some of you people get a sense of humour for Valetine's Day.
