In addition to integrating a charging station for phones, cameras and MP3 players, this desk and stool combo from Swedish designer Jarl Fernaeus features an integrated lamp and storage compartments...

Made from a sleek combination of wood and Corian, this design was a finalist in the Prix Emile Hermes competition. It reminds us of a more compact version of Herman Miller's new Airia Desk. See more from designer Jarl Fernaeus. Via: Below the Clouds.

What a sweet, pretty little desk!
This looks really cheaply made.
With tech constantly evolving, building a piece of furniture around cellphones and laptops seems to me like designing for the disposable. You can achieve same function in any existing desk by fishing a power strip into the pencil drawer for charging your small tech and drilling a hole on the top of the desk for laptop/lamp wiring.
looks like a mac laptop from 2001
finalist?!!! what the h*ck won?
I want it!
