Now that it's fall and the Green Cure is in full swing, some of us are looking at our closets and making hard decisions. What stays and what goes? Trent recommends giving away the summer clothes that you know you didn't wear this year. You could have an early fall stoop sale, or you could try something new.
Dig 'N' Swap is sort of like those increasingly popular web-based book swapping programs, but it's for clothes.
The steps are simple: Take a picture of the clothing and accessories you're ready to part with. Post the photos at Dig 'N' Swap. Find something you like and bid on it -- when your bid is accepted, make a swap.
The site is still in Beta, so there isn't a ton of clothing posted yet. But why not give it a try? (The tell us what you think!)

Some times my girlfriends and I have a clothing swap party. You bring anything that you're tired of or don't wear for whatever reason, and throw them into a pile.
We drink cocktails, try on clothes, and everyone goes home with lots of things to add to their closet. It feels awesome to take home a bunch of clothes for free as well as getting rid of your stuff.

A friend celebrated her birthday with a clothing exchange party a few weeks ago. While I didn't know what to expect, it was an AMAZING party! 10 women, tons of great clothes, everything is free, and the rest goes to charity. Talk about win win win!
