DidjLIGHT

DidjLIGHT is named for the didjeridu, a traditional Australian aboriginal wind instrument...but we think Star Wars when we see this very interesting lamp. However, you can remove the lamp’s glass cylinder from its base and blow into it to produce a crystal-clear sound--very didjeridu-like! The frosted glass column comes with four interchangeable colored prisms (red, yellow, blue and green) or stays white if you leave out the prisms, works on a dimmer, and it's stainless steel base keeps it standing upright when you're not using it as a musical instrument. The DidjLIGHT retails for $815.00, which is steep, but the hours of entertainment, both as musical instrument and Star Wars light saber could allow you to justify the cost.
