The apartment in which I live remained closed for more than 10 years before I moved in. That's the reason why it kept it's original architectural and coating features. I love all its details.
Biggest Challenge of Living in a Small Space:
As soon I moved in to this apartment, I wondered how would it be to cook in a house without a kitchen. This seemed to be the biggest problem, but as time passed by, I realized my routine didn't change as I first imagined and so, it wasn't my biggest issue. I do painting with spray and I also like refurbishing furniture, which is sort of impracticable in such a small apartment. Not having much liberty when doing that work in the apartment, made it quite hard. One way I've found of keeping my production was getting in a group of people who, like me, missed an atelier and together we're founding a studio of co-working, a space with infrastructure for cutting, sanding, painting, etc.
