A little at a time - that's the way to really get things done. Clearing our homes, desktops and minds of clutter is important, but not easy. We tend to take on too much too fast once we decide to really do a sweep. Just like anything else that's good for you, it helps to keep up a steady pace and stick with it in the long run.
Recommended for all of us taking the cure: Discardian, a handy tool that keeps the pace and motivation going strong. The site is a year-long project from the originator of the fabulous holiday Discardia, Dinah Sanders. Check it out - Discardian provides a (really good!) tip each and every day on letting go...

Trying to get this at the foot of all the posts folks land on here about Discardia... (You've been lovely promoters of the holiday!)
Discardia news: as my book nears completion, I'm leaping into action in lots of places. You can hang out with other folks who are making room for more awesomeness in their lives by visiting facebook.com/discardia and get a little tip or other tidbit by following @discardia on Twitter and of course there's always good ol' discardia.com
Hope to hear from you somewhere about what you're letting go of or upgrading and how it's making your life better!
cheers,
Dinah
