The holiday season means lots of opportunity to see friends and family. Even if a formal gift exchange isn't required, I always like to give kids a little something they can open and enjoy. That's why I'm so enamored with this DIY idea for a chalkboard block puzzle.
Just purchase natural wood blocks from your local craft store or hardware store. Lightly sand them until smooth and the corners are rounded, spray with chalkboard paint and you're done.
