French couple Audrey Ducas and Grégoire Abrial have transformed their 840-square-foot loft in Williamsburg, Brooklyn into a showcase of their design and woodworking skills. Much of the furniture was made from wood scraps using simple tools. Combined with capital-D Design (like the huge chandelier by friend, former employer and neighbor Ron Gilad) the loft's unique aesthetic is purposeful and exciting.
The couple designed a small shed structure for the center of the loft that serves as their bedroom — complete with a window to take advantage of the view!
