Using Elmer's Glue to keep the paper down, home owners Gwynne and Michael finished up this project for under $100 dollars! Not only do these floors look great, the homeowners report that they are soft underfoot.
While they used contractors craft paper, there's no reason why you can't use those left over paper bags. And why stop at your floors? We can imagine this technique used on old furniture and walls too!
