Over at Our First Nest they had a lot of paint swatches left over from a paint sample book that they were never going to use (don't worry - this project doesn't contain any stolen paint swatches). Using a canvas from a previous project, they created a piece of art that adds color to their living room for almost no money.
With 250 2" x 2" squares cut from the leftover swatches, Mallory left them in the order they came in and had easy art in no time. As she describes:
In total it probably took an hour to cut and paste all the squares. I had Mike hang it for me with some screws and I had a new piece of art in an afternoon. It's not perfect, but I like it that way.
